Kim was raised in Minneapolis, MN, and spent his childhood summers up at the lake with his grandparents in rural Minnesota. After graduating from Minneapolis Community College and spending eight years as a commercial artist for Honeywell, Kim realized it was time to go freelance with his own unique style. This piece is absolutely beautiful. The detail is really impressive. I didn’t even realize there were turtles and a lizard on the canvas until I filled them in. I’m glad I stuck with it until it was completed. It’s a large piece for my 1st DAC. And squares!! I just started my 2nd DAC piece and it’s rounds. I only buy DAC 🤗
