Love Van Gogh’s Cafe Terrace at Night

So happy to be able to work on Van Gogh’s Cafe Terrace at Night, & I love the way this DAC diamond painting turned out! This kit contains a quality canvas as well as great tools & diamonds; it was rare to find a junk drill. There were a few areas on the canvas that could’ve been stickier. Purchased a frame online, & I have this masterpiece on my wall.

Fun to work on, loved the color palette

This was one of the first kits I worked on. It was the first square kit from DAC and honestly I was a bit intimidated. I watched a couple YouTube videos on how to diamond paint with square drills and then I took my time and it went very well! It was a lot of fun, I single placed the whole thing! I was too afraid to try multiplacing at this time lol. Going back if I could do it again I think it would be ideal to practice multiplacing on. There was a nice blend of color blocking and confetti. My only complaint I had is that in some sections of the canvas the glue was not sticky. Other than that it was a great experience for my first square drill diamond painting from DAC!

Cafe terrace at night

This painting had me drill down to the 5 W's of Van Gogh and I am glad I did. Mental Health was not taken seriously and this painting spoke volumes for the time. I blinged this out to the 9s and stayed true to the artist and removed the black from the painting.
