Such a stunning painting! She's now hanging proudly on my wall. The only flaw was that there was a patch of glue missing from the canvas on her face, nothing some glue of my own and patience didn't fix.

The colors are so amazing. Loving it. One area is just weird to me after i put the drills it looked weird so i decided to take them off to confirm i didnt mess up and i didnt. So its just an awkward part. Its was one of my flowers. I have not finished as i am slow.

Love This Myth

The finished result is beautiful and very much like the pictured art work. It very much portrays the story of how Hades fell in love with Persephone and abducted her to live with him in the underworld. Her mother, Demeter, the goddess of agriculture, harvest and all growing things, was so sad that nothing bloomed or grew on the land. She persuaded Hades to release her daughter on the condition that he could have her for three months out of the year, which is why we have Winter. Very cool, huh?
