The fantasy art of Anne Stokes features striking designs and life like portrayals of fantasy subjects. Her art covers a broad range of themes, from the romantic and magical enchanted Forest, to the dark underworld of gothic vampires. Classical topics are reinvented with a strong design and impact, and new creatures are brought to life in a unique and eye catching manner. Anne is originally from London but now lives in the north of England, near Leeds with her son Leo and partner John. She started her art career as a merchandise designer and then worked as a freelance illustrator where she worked on a number of book, game and record products, which included producing concept art and illustrations for Dungeons and Dragons. As Anne’s art career progressed she moved solely into licensing her own creations and expanding the ranges of her fantasy themed paintings. Using symbolism within her pictures to convey meaning Anne’s artworks has been widely acclaimed. Working with Art Ask Agency her many paintings have been licensed on a wide range of products which are on sale worldwide, including T-shirts, posters, book covers, calendars, jigsaws, tarot cards, sculptures, mugs, jewellery and greetings cards. She continues to produce new works and has published several books.

This turn out beautifully, however I had to buy diamond dots adhesive because the canvas wasn't that sticky. I had to request more diamonds for the wings, and they sent me one package and still wasn't enough to complete so I used some spares I had from other canvases. I really did enjoy doing this one. Very beautiful

When I finally get to work on this piece, I will for sure be a square connoisseur. This one will be the biggest one I have completed. The fine details of everything that shipped with it blew my mind. This is stunning when done! I've been on the fence about the purchase but

I really like this one out of the art that I have done. I would recommend this one. I am not finished with this yet but it is coming out really good. The owl is great, not like the last one where the wings were clipped in the picture. This is going to be hung up as soon as it is finished.
