Treasure Quest

Bought this and Curl up with a Good Book for myself and a friend. So excited to start it! Only my second DAC and first Randal Spangler. I didn’t think I would be into this style but I’ve just fallen for these little dragons.

This is the largest painting I have by Randal Spangler. It has 60 colours including 4 AB’s, and the level of detail in the rendering is amazing. I love those little draglings and looks like this one will keep me busy for a while!

How to use

This meditative craft involves placing hundreds of sparkling resin rhinestones, one-by-one, on an adhesive color-coded canvas to create a vivid, shimmering work of art.

Step 1

Dip the tip of the applicator tool into the strip of wax

Step 2

Pick up each diamond by pressing the applicator to the diamond’s rounded, faceted side

Step 3

Apply each diamond to the adhesive canvas template, placing it based on the color-coded chart
