Digital illustrator Cheryl Baker enjoys blending elements of fantasy with realism. Baker invites the viewer to step into a world of magic and enchantment. Inspired by beloved 19th century children’s book illustrators such as Beatrix Potter and John Tenniel, Baker’s illustration style is reminiscent of a time long ago. Her love for vintage décor has also heavily influenced her artistic style. She purposefully chooses soft color schemes combined with delicate details to create truly timeless paintings.

Wicked Witch Estate

I loved working on this, the colors simply popped as I went along. I didn’t expect it to be so bright and colorful! The drills were fabulous and it moved along pretty fast . There was a good bit of both confetti and color blocking, so has something for everyone! Already ordered 2-3 more Cheryl B paintings!!

How to use

This meditative craft involves placing hundreds of sparkling resin rhinestones, one-by-one, on an adhesive color-coded canvas to create a vivid, shimmering work of art.

Step 1

Dip the tip of the applicator tool into the strip of wax

Step 2

Pick up each diamond by pressing the applicator to the diamond’s rounded, faceted side

Step 3

Apply each diamond to the adhesive canvas template, placing it based on the color-coded chart
