Would really rate it 3.5as is, but customer service adds another star

Nice feel and texture for the tip, but buyer beware. Mine broke my twist and pick when I tried to twist it, but the company was amazing and had a new one mailed to me within 5 minutes of my email.

Easier to grip than the original

The grip on this one helps turn the tip to release more putty/wax. Nice improvement over the original!

Very nice!

I've bought a couple twist & pick style pens and the original tip was quite tough to twist to get the putty out. So I bought this one hoping the texture would make it easier to twist and it works very well, I'm enjoying using it a lot. Thank you DAC!
