Simona Candini

Simona Candini graduated the Academy of Fine Arts at the University of Bologna, Italy and has been a full-time artist since 2010.Her works, showcased in galleries around the globe, embody a beautiful yet sometimes dark world inhabited by big-eyed girls and improbable creatures. With a stirring of emotions translated onto each new work of art, Simona brings her love of the old fairytales and childhood imaginings to us in a unique and poetic way. She is a traditional artist and enjoys using oils, watercolor, acrylics, graphite and pencils on paper, canvas and wood boards. Simona hand paints and personalize most frames to match her artworks and make them unique as her art.

It took me longer to finish this one cuz I only worked on it at my aunts house. But I loved the finished look. It had some points that took me out cuz the confetti but I love it!

Love This

This is a larger size diamond painting. My sweet spot is more like 20”x28”. That said, I enjoyed working on it. The key for me is to work in small squares. That way it’s not intimidating. I love the details in this and DAC always does superior rendering.
