About the artist
David Maclean
As a digital artist for the past 15 years and a traditional artist for the 25 years previous to that (paint and brush on an easel), David currently lives among the vineyards and orchards with his wife of over 30 years. He is represented by one of the worlds leading art licensing agencies , and has quickly become one of the most requested artists over the past few years. His mother shares a vivid memory of picking him up after his first day of school, only to take him directly to an art supply store. Beautiful... but needs to be a bit bigger for clearer details.
I absolutely love this painting. It turned out beautiful and sparkly. My only issues were the detail was muddy around the left side, the boat's colors don't match the rest of the paintings colors and the dog under the bench is not very clear.

Review of Paris
In general, it is beautiful. I wanted it to remind me of the time my husband and I were in Paris. I would have liked to have a better search engine, because I wanted a painting of just the Eiffel Tower, since we were not at Notre Dame. I finally found it, but it was too late to change my choice. I have been looking for other specific paintings and have to go through "all" the paintings, and yet I still did not find some of that I am looking for.
I wonder if anyone else has noticed that the person on the bottom has no head/face? I have not finished and am learning new techniques during the whole process. I gave it a lower rating because of the missing head/face,

How to use
This meditative craft involves placing hundreds of sparkling resin rhinestones, one-by-one, on an adhesive color-coded canvas to create a vivid, shimmering work of art.
Step 1
Dip the tip of the applicator tool into the strip of wax
Step 2
Pick up each diamond by pressing the applicator to the diamond’s rounded, faceted side
Step 3
Apply each diamond to the adhesive canvas template, placing it based on the color-coded chart
