About the artist

Maryline Cazenave

Maryline Cazenave is a graphic designer and animal lover based near Paris, France who has creating cat and dog artwork since 2008. After getting a degree in fashion, she worked as a cloth designer for a couple of years before turning to art and illustration. She started selling original paintings to Parisian boutiques and pet owners before gradually turning to art licensing as her main focus. Her art can be found on many products such as greeting cards, mugs and cross stitch kits. She has now been licensing her art for more than a decade, and her portfolio contains hundreds of adorable kitten and puppy designs that will melt your heart.

Love it!

I love this! This is my dog. I like that it is an easy project that didn't take long to complete. I also like the size. The painting didn't take long to finish however the painting size is a good size to frame and put up.

Love it! Being a partial drill it's going pretty fast. Not totally complete yet as I put the wrong color drills in one section and had to remove them. Too much glue residue on those so I had to order replacement drills. They haven't arrived yet.

Quick and easy partial canvas. The only thing I did not like is the glue extended well past the drill area, enough where I could easily place a drill on top of it and the drill be secure. This will make dust and hair stick to it much easier.

How to use

This meditative craft involves placing hundreds of sparkling resin rhinestones, one-by-one, on an adhesive color-coded canvas to create a vivid, shimmering work of art.

Step 1

Dip the tip of the applicator tool into the strip of wax

Step 2

Pick up each diamond by pressing the applicator to the diamond’s rounded, faceted side

Step 3

Apply each diamond to the adhesive canvas template, placing it based on the color-coded chart
