Since a very young age, Enys Guerrero dedicated most of her time to the visual arts; always influenced by historical moments, such as the Renaissance and the Victorian era. At the same time, fantasy, occultism and tragedy have been another great source of inspiration for her. She graduated at the age of 19 as a Graphic Designer and since then started her artistic career, focused mainly on traditional techniques, with a great predilection for watercolors and colored pencils.

I finished her in 11 days. At first I was concerned about the brightness of the skin tones, but it really came through! I trusted the process and I was NOT disappointed! If you want to have a nice quick canvas to complete in-between the larger ones with nice contrasting colors, and a good blend of confetti/blocking. Then this one is definitely for you!

This canvas is stunning!! I’m obsessed with how it turned out. I did have a massive issue with the stickiness of the canvas. It wasn’t sticky at all. I had to use glue on the entire canvas in order to get the drills to stick. DAC did send me a bottle after I emailed and explained what was going on with a video. Other than that everything about this kit was perfection and worth every penny!!

To be honest I am not a huge fan of round drills. Since DAC has changed their round renderings I am finding that I enjoy them more now. Love those pictures!

This piece hits you right away with its mood. The mix of fantasy and emotion is strong — the purple roses, the crown, the comfort between the two characters. It has that classic Enys Guerrero vibe: dramatic, soft, and a little haunting in the best way.
The colors are deep and really pretty to work with, and the shading comes out beautifully once the drills are down. It’s definitely one of those canvases where you keep stepping back just to take in the atmosphere of it all.
If you enjoy emotional, fantasy-leaning art with rich colors and a touch of drama, this one’s a really solid pick. Not too busy, not too simple — just a meaningful, satisfying canvas to finish.
