About the artist

Enys Guerrero

Since a very young age, Enys Guerrero dedicated most of her time to the visual arts; always influenced by historical moments, such as the Renaissance and the Victorian era. At the same time, fantasy, occultism and tragedy have been another great source of inspiration for her. She graduated at the age of 19 as a Graphic Designer and since then started her artistic career, focused mainly on traditional techniques, with a great predilection for watercolors and colored pencils.

I chose her because my mom said that she looks a lot like me a few years ago, and the cat too, we had a very similar looking black cat 🥺 which gives the painting so much meaning to me and that's also why the disappointment was probably more than it would have normally been because of very obvious gapping, I know that the picture is older but I got the new diamonds and they just don't fit like they should, they're too small. I tried to ignore it and it's not as obvious from a viewing distance but it still upsets me. I also made a few changes, not because I didn't like it but because I made her look even more like me and a friend of ours actually came around a few days ago and noticed the resemblance without me even saying anything and that made me smile because it has so much emotional value.

Finally got around to finishing this amazing painting! ahhh i'm so happy with how it looks. I will say the black abs in the eyes don't look great so I will swap them out for regular 310 at some point. thanks for another beautiful kit.

How to use

This meditative craft involves placing hundreds of sparkling resin rhinestones, one-by-one, on an adhesive color-coded canvas to create a vivid, shimmering work of art.

Step 1

Dip the tip of the applicator tool into the strip of wax

Step 2

Pick up each diamond by pressing the applicator to the diamond’s rounded, faceted side

Step 3

Apply each diamond to the adhesive canvas template, placing it based on the color-coded chart
