Jan Patrik Krasny

Jan Patrik Krasny is a professional illustrator who has created more than 400 cover-pages of sci-fi & fantasy books for various Czech publishers. As a graduate of the Academy of Fine Arts in Prague (1976-1982), he has been nominated for the Czech Academy of Sci-fi’s esteemed “Fantasy and Horror Award” 5 times. JP has always been attracted to comics.

How to use

This meditative craft involves placing hundreds of sparkling resin rhinestones, one-by-one, on an adhesive color-coded canvas to create a vivid, shimmering work of art.

Step 1

Dip the tip of the applicator tool into the strip of wax

Step 2

Pick up each diamond by pressing the applicator to the diamond’s rounded, faceted side

Step 3

Apply each diamond to the adhesive canvas template, placing it based on the color-coded chart
