Karla Gerard is a self-taught artist from Maine, whose work has appeared in magazines, books, galleries and a Warner Bros. movie. Combining folk art with abstract, she finds inspiration in patterns from fabrics, nature, house decor magazines and her dreams. Her colorful, acrylic landscapes and abstracts transport the viewer to an imaginary world filled with crooked houses and swirling trees.

This was sold out when I first joined DAC. I added it to my wish list and waited quite some time for the restock. The moment I saw it was available, I ordered it immediately.

I am not really a fan of a lot of confetti in my artwork, however this kit is the perfect mix of confetti and colour blocking. I like the way the art comes alive and it is really worth having in any collection. Photo's don't do this any justice. It is a fun and quirky piece and I am so glad I bought it.

When I first joined DAC I saw this was sold out. I put it on my wishlist and had to wait quite awhile before it was restocked. The second I saw it was I ordered it. I( absolutely love this! I would like to see more from the artist though. I love canvases like this one and have seen some at other stores, but I am very loyal to DAC because I know they pay their artists and everything is so well made.

This is hands down my most favorite DAC canvas EVER. The colors are so vibrant and it’s such an eye catching canvas. Well done.

I enjoyed kitting up this beauty as much as I do completing it. The colors are beautiful & the drills have the perfect DAC sparkle as always. This is a fun work up for a multiplayer or single placer like me. It’s a nice balance of color locking & confetti which makes it an enjoyable process. If on the fence about this one, get it & imagine the great memories made in each of the homes as you complete each “residential block”.
