Joelle holds a BFA in Illustration/Visual Design from the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouths School of Visual & Performing Arts. She is passionate about creating challenging puzzle compositions and painting in miniature. She is inspired by the 16th century Dutch still life painters and the Art Nouveau Movement. Joelle and her family, including a terrier named “Polly,” make their home and studio in Johnston, Rhode Island.

Lovely artwork!
I just completed this artwork as my first kit and it came out EXACTLY as shown! It's lovely, and I can't wait to frame it and put it up on a wall. My kit was short the 02 drills, DMC 114, but otherwise it came out just beautifully and I'm so glad I worked on this.

How to use
This meditative craft involves placing hundreds of sparkling resin rhinestones, one-by-one, on an adhesive color-coded canvas to create a vivid, shimmering work of art.
Step 1
Dip the tip of the applicator tool into the strip of wax
Step 2
Pick up each diamond by pressing the applicator to the diamond’s rounded, faceted side
Step 3
Apply each diamond to the adhesive canvas template, placing it based on the color-coded chart
