Simona Candini graduated the Academy of Fine Arts at the University of Bologna, Italy and has been a full-time artist since 2010.Her works, showcased in galleries around the globe, embody a beautiful yet sometimes dark world inhabited by big-eyed girls and improbable creatures. This painting was fun to work on. My favorite part was working on the lion, he turned out SO good!
I’m am enjoying the canvas so much I had to share even though I’m not done yet! The colors and charting are perfection! I did add some red crystal drills giving Dorothy her trademark slipper though.
I loved this kit. It was a joy to work on.

Perfect for OzinAug! Reminds me of my childhood and one of my favorite movies. Canvas perfect, as usual. Super sticky, clear, not much trash and fit together great.
