Christopher Lovell
Christopher Lovell is a self-taught, Welsh artist - based in the UK - who grew up on sci-fi, cartoons, fantasy books and toys. The nostalgia of these still triggers his imagination and pours into his art. As a traditional, fantasy artist, Christopher built his career designing illustrations for bands and T-shirt companies, and is now focusing on his own personal work, creating art without limitations. His hope is to build an educational platform that will inspire like-minded artists to develop their skills and pursue their own careers in art.

Outstanding kit
My first DAC kit and I could not be more impressed. The drills are super shiny and uniform, which is lacking on lower quality kits with different sized drills. The image is insanely cool and the sepia tone makes it look like it is a page ripped out of some ancient tome or book about some deadly dragon. The drills shimmer like snake skin as your view moves. And the two AB’s put that last little touch to an amazing kit.

How to use
This meditative craft involves placing hundreds of sparkling resin rhinestones, one-by-one, on an adhesive color-coded canvas to create a vivid, shimmering work of art.
Step 1
Dip the tip of the applicator tool into the strip of wax
Step 2
Pick up each diamond by pressing the applicator to the diamond’s rounded, faceted side
Step 3
Apply each diamond to the adhesive canvas template, placing it based on the color-coded chart
