Accidentally spilled or mixed up your diamonds? We understand how frustrating that can be. Oops Insurance helps you get back to the project you love.
In case of an accident, we’ll replace up to 8 packs of diamonds for free. If you need more than 8 packs, a small fee applies to the additional packs.

If you need more than 8 packs
Each additional pack beyond the 8 free packs costs $0.75. Each pack contains approximately 500 diamonds. This small fee helps cover our costs and discourage abuse of the replacement policy.
How the cost works
For example, if you mixed up 9 colors and your kit needs 1,000 diamonds per color, you would need 2 packs of each color: 18 packs in total.

If all your diamonds are lost or spilled
Full replacement sets are not available. They only come prepackaged with each diamond painting kit from the factory.
We keep a limited stock of individual diamond packs at our USA distribution center, and replacing an entire set at $0.75 per pack would not be cost-effective.

How to make a claim
Gather what you can and take a photo
Sweep or gather as many diamonds as you can into a pile, then take a photo to show us what happened.
