WHAT IS AN EMAIL REVIEW REQUEST?

Approximately three weeks after your order has shipped, you will receive an automated review request asking you to review your purchase. By reviewing your order and posting photos, you'll be able to earn points as explained on our rewards page.

HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR RESTOCK ALERTS?

If you would like to receive back-in-stock notifications via email, please enter your email on the product page for the specific item you're interested in. You will receive an email as soon as it is restocked. Alternatively, you can download our iOS app and sign up for alerts via push notifications. Orders and Shipping

WHAT IS MY ORDER NUMBER?

After placing an order on our website, you will reach the Thank You page with your order number. Shortly thereafter, you will receive an order confirmation email, which also includes your order number.

To locate the order number for a pending on our website:

  1. Log in.
  2. Go to the "My Account" page.
  3. Scroll down to "Order History".
  4. You will see the list of all your orders.

CAN I ADD SOMETHING OR CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER PLACING IT?

If your order hasn't been picked & packed yet, we'll be able to accommodate and make the desired changes.


HOW DO I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

To track your package, you can log in to your account to view your order history. Once your package has shipped, a tracking number will also be provided to you through email.


MY ORDER IS LATE!

We are so sorry that your order did not arrive to you by the "approximate ship date" associated with your order. The "approximate ship date" is our best estimate as to when your package will arrive.

We suggest contacting the postal carrier responsible for delivering your package.


CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?

Sorry, we don't offer in-person pick-ups. All orders are processed and shipped from our contracted 3rd party distribution centers.


CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?

If you just placed your order, please e-mail us at support@diamondartclub.com as soon as you can with your order number and request the shipping address update. Once your order status has been processed, we have a tiny window in which we can make the change. Please keep in mind that once an order has been placed and is in process, we may not be able to update the delivery address.


HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?

Unless otherwise instructed in your confirmation email, all orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays.)

WHAT'S THE RATE FOR SHIPPING OVERSEAS?

Rates for shipping overseas do vary. Simply enter the necessary information and the shipping cost is automatically calculated during checkout.


WHY IS SHIPPING MORE EXPENSIVE FOR SOME ITEMS?

Some factors that can impact the cost of shipping is the location of delivery, weight of your package, and delivery time.


MY PACKAGE HAS BEEN MARKED AS DELIVERED BUT I HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT. CAN YOU PLEASE RE-SHIP?

Unfortunately, that is not something we can assist with. If a package has been marked as delivered by the postal carrier, we are not able to issue a replacement unless the shipment is being returned to us. We suggest getting in touch with the postal service directly.

MY CODE DOESN'T WORK!

HOW DO I REDEEM A CODE?

Once you have personalized your order and proceed to checkout, you will reach the "Payment Information" page. On the right hand side you will see a "Gift card or discount code" box. In the space provided, enter in your gift card code or coupon code. Next, click "Apply". For any remaining balance, your credit card will NOT be charged until you “Confirm Order” on the next screen.


IS THERE AN EXPIRATION FOR REWARDS POINTS?

Yes, points expire after 180 days of account inactivity.


HOW DO I KEEP MY POINTS ACTIVE?

To keep your points active and growing, you can:

  1. Make a purchase every six months, using either cash or a gift card, regardless of the amount.
  2. Use your points in any way you like, such as placing an order or generating a rewards code.

Check the code hasn't expired and that no other codes have been applied. Only one code a time can be used.


CAN I COMBINE CODES?

You can only redeem up to one code per order. Codes cannot be combined.


HOW DOES THE EARLY ACCESS PROCESS WORK?

The early access process works as follows:

  1. Diamond and Ruby members receive early access to new releases via email and SMS notifications, typically 45 to 30 minutes before the general release.
  2. App users receive a push notification 30 minutes before the general release, alerting them to the upcoming availability of new designs.

This early access process allows Diamond and Ruby members to have the first opportunity to purchase new designs, while also providing a heads-up for app users.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I REPORT AN ERROR OR E-MAIL YOU?

When you e-mail us, the information is submitted to our customer service department.

Cases are addressed by our Customer Service agents individually- case by case and you are guaranteed to receive a response within 24 hours.

Please refrain from sending multiple emails regarding the same issue as this duplication will cause us to create multiple cases for the same issue.


HELP! I AM MISSING DIAMONDS!

We are very sorry to hear this, but are here to help! All Diamond Art Club kits (excluding clearance items) come with lifetime missing diamond protection. Please reach out to support@diamondartclub.com with your order confirmation number and missing DMC code. One of our Customer Service representatives will be able to help assist.


WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ADHESIVE LOSES ITS STICKINESS?

If your adhesive loses its stickiness, you can try the following options:

  1. Gently clean the adhesive area with a damp cloth or baby wipe to remove any dust or debris.
  2. Use a small piece of double-sided tape or clear glue to reinforce the adhesive on specific areas.
  3. Press down firmly on the canvas with a roller or your hands to help the adhesive reattach to the diamonds.

HOW DO I REMOVE AN OBJECT THAT IS STUCK TO MY CANVAS?

Diamond Painting


WHERE CAN I FIND DIAMOND PAINTING INSTRUCTIONS?
  1. Your diamond painting kit will include a canvas, diamond applicator (pen), wax and tray. Remove all of the items from the package.
  2. Lay out the canvas on a clean, flat surface. You will notice that printed directly on the canvas is a chart with your diamonds that are labeled with a number that corresponds to a symbol. You will need to match the corresponding color of diamonds to the symbols and place them on the canvas accordingly.
  3. Choose a single color diamond to get started with. Pour a small amount of diamonds in the tray. If you hold it at a slight angle and gently shake it back and forth the diamonds will settle right side up so they are facing the correct way to pick them up with the applicator.
  4. Peel back a small section of the plastic film to work on at one time. It's best and easiest to work on a small section at a time. It is important to keep the canvas covered when you aren't working on it.
  5. A pink square that comes with the kit is the wax. Peel back the clear plastic on the wax, and dip the tip of the applicator to fill it with wax.
  6. You can then pick up the diamonds as they will easily stick to the tip of the applicator. Once picked up, carefully press the diamond onto its corresponding symbol on the canvas.
  7. Always remember to add a little bit more wax if the pen seems like it doesn't pick up the diamonds anymore.
  8. Repeat the process until you are done!

ROUND OR SQUARE DIAMONDS?

When it comes to square diamond drills and round diamond drills, there is no clear-cut winner. Both are amazing in their own ways. When purchasing from Diamond Art Club®, there is no guessing involved! Our kits are offered in specifically selected diamond shapes and canvas sizes to help create the best outcome possible for the price point. For example, if you choose a mandala design, it might have round diamonds because they work perfectly for that type of composition. But for a landscape, our designers are more likely to use square diamonds. We want to make it easy to paint with diamonds and supply only the highest quality kits and materials. Whether you choose one with round diamond drills or square diamond drills, you can rest assured that you are getting a quality product that will allow you to create the most beautiful diamond painting artwork on the market today.

WHY CAN'T I CHOOSE A SIZE OR DIAMOND SHAPE?

If you are unable to choose a size or diamond shape for a particular design, it may be because the design is available only in a specific size and shape, optimized to achieve the best possible result. Designers often select the most suitable size and diamond shape to ensure that the final artwork captures all the necessary details and provides the desired visual effect. This is done to maintain the quality and integrity of the artwork, ensuring customer satisfaction.


WHAT ARE THE AURORA BOREALIS (AB) DIAMONDS?

Aurora Borealis (AB) diamonds are specially coated diamond drills that have an iridescent finish. This coating gives the diamonds a unique, shimmering effect that mimics the colors of the Northern Lights (Aurora Borealis). AB diamonds add an extra dimension of sparkle and depth to your diamond painting, enhancing the overall appearance and making it stand out.


WHAT ARE FAIRY DUST DIAMONDS?

WHAT ARE ELECTRO DIAMONDS?

WHAT ARE IRIDESCENT DIAMONDS?

Iridescent Diamonds are a special type of diamond drills that feature a lustrous, multicolored surface. This iridescent finish causes the diamonds to exhibit a rainbow-like effect, displaying a spectrum of colors as the light hits them from different angles. Iridescent Diamonds add a unique and visually striking element to your diamond painting, enhancing its overall appearance and making it more vibrant and eye-catching.


WHAT CAN I DO IF MY DIAMONDS HAVE STATIC IN THEM?

If your diamonds have static, you can try the following solutions:1. Place the diamond bags in the freezer for a few hours.2. Put small pieces of laundry sheets in a baggie with the diamonds and crush them around.3. Place a quarter or coin with the diamonds in an empty pill bottle and shake them together.These options should reduce the static between drills. If none of these suggestions work, please let us know.


CAN YOU PROVIDE A LIST OF ALL THE DIAMOND COLORS YOU OFFER?

ARE THERE ENOUGH DIAMONDS INCLUDED IN MY KIT, AND DO YOU PROVIDE EXTRA DIAMONDS?

Yes, our diamond bags are weighed to ensure enough diamonds are included in each kit. If you run out of a color, please contact our Customer Support team for further assistance.


WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN HAND-RENDERED AND AUTOMATICALLY RENDERED DESIGNS?

What makes our company different is that we have graphic designers who spend 8 to 14 hours translating each image into Diamond Art. Other companies use automated computer software, and each image takes less than 60 seconds to chart, and the results for those types of paintings do not look good.


DO YOU PROVIDE CUSTOM DIAMOND ART KITS?

Our Custom Diamond Art kit, which allowed you to upload your own photo and turn it into a diamond painting, has been discontinued since 2019. We no longer offer this option because the results were inconsistent. We cannot manually render each image, as that process takes 8 to 14 hours per image.


WHY ARE PRICES HIGHER FOR CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE THE US?

Prices are higher for customers outside the US due to additional markups per country. These markups include taxes, fees, and a weighted shipping average applied to the price of each product, along with the exchange rate conversion. We have specific pricing for each individual country we ship to.


WHY DOES THE CONVERSION RATE FROM USD TO MY LOCAL CURRENCY SEEM HIGHER THAN USUAL?

The conversion rate from USD to your local currency may seem higher than usual due to fluctuations in exchange rates, potential additional fees (such as service charges or transaction fees imposed by your bank or payment processor), and the markup per country we apply (as mentioned in the previous response regarding higher prices for customers outside the US). This markup includes taxes, fees, and a weighted shipping average applied to the price of each product, along with the exchange rate conversion. Keep in mind that exchange rates are constantly changing, and it is always a good idea to check the current rate with a reliable source or your financial institution before making a purchase.
