About the artist
Sharie Hatchett Bohlmann
As a self-taught prodigy, Sharie Hatchett Bohlmann has been painting since childhood. She has had a few other careers, including Playboy Bunny in the NYC and Phoenix clubs in the 1960’s, but art has always been the continual thread throughout her life. A gypsy at heart, Sharie and her husband traveled the world over, from 1993 to 2014, on luxury cruise ships with their Art at Sea Auction programs. These adventures resulted in her famous “Rooms with Views” series: beautiful harbor scenes, with a signature table and chairs, that invite the viewer to step into the painting and enjoy the beauty of the day.

How to use
This meditative craft involves placing hundreds of sparkling resin rhinestones, one-by-one, on an adhesive color-coded canvas to create a vivid, shimmering work of art.
Step 1
Dip the tip of the applicator tool into the strip of wax
Step 2
Pick up each diamond by pressing the applicator to the diamond’s rounded, faceted side
Step 3
Apply each diamond to the adhesive canvas template, placing it based on the color-coded chart
