Loved this one. The lone person looking up the ascent could mean so many things. I have enhanced this one which was fun to do. I have decided to give it to one of my students who graduates this year. I am in love with this design. The colors are phenomenal and enjoyed working on it from the beginning through the end. It is one of the best pieces I purchased from DAC.
Bought this for my son. He wanted something inspiring. As always the quality is top notch, and the results are beautiful! My son liked it very much.

There was great shading and detail in this piece. Was fun to work up. Took longer than expected for a round drill canvas but this is the longest piece I’ve completed at 41” long. I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 as the rendering on the person could have been better, the legs looked weird. And I really wish there had been some more AB in the sky.

This along with one other painting is my first purchase of any DAC kit. I thought the price was pretty steep, but looking at reviews of other people’s finished work showed a huge difference in picture quality versus other cheaper kits. The quality is absolutely amazing. The canvas is thick, soft, and huge! The diamonds don’t look like they have a lot of “trash” in them, and the AB diamonds themselves are absolutely stunning! Pictures definitely don’t do them justice! I also love the tray it comes with. It has a lid and stopper too and is a decent size, the pen it comes with is refillable (no more re-waxing them all the time). It comes with a good amount of extra wax too. I can definitely appreciate the label stickers it comes with if you use containers like me for extras. The symbols are clear too. It’s also dotted so you can see where to place release paper and keep it even. I’m super happy with this purchase and I definitely can’t wait to see the end results. Will definitely be buying more!
