Yes, points expire 180 days (6 months) after your last purchase.
Points are earned on all items except Gift Cards and Mystery Deals offered after check-out, due to system limitations.
Sign in to your account, then select a reward in the Redeem your rewards section. Your rewards panel shows your current balance and available options. Follow the prompts there to redeem points.
Some codes have limitations. Certain codes work only for specific products and some have a one-time only use. Please note that all promos exclude Gift Cards, shipping, taxes & customs fees.
You can only redeem up to one code per order. Codes cannot be combined.
The early access process works as follows:
- Diamond and Ruby members receive early access to new releases via email and SMS notifications, typically 45 to 30 minutes before the general release.
- App users receive a push notification 30 minutes before the general release, alerting them to the upcoming availability of new designs.
This early access process allows Diamond and Ruby members to have the first opportunity to purchase new designs, while also providing a heads-up for app users.
