Marianne was born in England but spent much of her childhood in Malaysia where the stunning scenery and abundance of exotic animals, heightened her love of nature and keen interest in drawing and painting. In 1980, Marianne moved to Canada, furthering her art studies at The Haliburton School of the Arts, and developing a devotion to the preservation of nature.

It took a long while to receive this kit due to customs issues, but it has not disappointed so far. A simple set of colors, but the image is already coming to life. Definitely an easy piece for anyone who wants to start DP to approach with.

This only took me a few days to complete. It was fun and easy. I love the placement of the ABs in the edges of the sunflowers and so much in the leaves. It gives extra beauty to this painting. This was a joy to work on from start to finish.
