Beautiful, but a little disappointed with the new style

I've purchased bunches of the kits from Diamond Art Club. The quality of the supplies are still just as amazing as always, the only thing that is a disappointment is the pink ink that bled onto the pasting area of the canvas. I hope that in the future they can fix this issue for their kits

Restock may have ink transfer issue

I absolutely love this design but decided to return it because the canvas I received had an ink transfer issue. This is caused by a manufacturing error where the clear film was placed ink side down against the glue and the grid lines bled into the glue field. This apparently does not affect all kits in this restock but it did mine. Since part of this design has a very light colored drill I decided to return it. I’ll be curious to see how this plays out and if anyone completes one of these with this issue as it may or may not be visible when finished.

Drill issues

There is a lot of green in this canvas and two of the primary shades seemed to come from the same dye lot. No color difference. Many issues ordering replacement drills for these. Took about three weeks. First time I inquired about the order, the rep told me they were lost in the mail even though it was clear they never shipped, which she eventually admitted. When the drills finally did arrive, after three weeks, the bag wasn’t sealed and they were loose in the mailer and spilled out everywhere. The drills again appeared to be from the same dye lot. The rep told me that’s just the way it was at DAC and if I ordered more they would also be the same color. Not pleased with this purchase or the service I received.
