I waited quite a while for this to come back in stock and get through customs. Well worth the wait. The quality of the canvas is delightful. No struggling to flatten out the creases. The labels make the whole process so much easier. With kits from other companies, I have to draw the symbols to match the kit and put on my containers.
This is my second Diamond Art Club purchase and my second Richard Lorenz design. I’m spoiled now and can’t imagine buying from another company. Everything is top quality - from the canvas to the drills to the tools. It’s all a delight to use.
I’ve only just begun and this one is large, so it will take some time. But I’m loving it.

The canvas quality is top-notch, and the drills fit perfectly with zero popping. The colors are incredibly vibrant—the way the neon greens and deep purples pop against the owl's eyes is just amazing. It was a joy to work on .

Out of Control was truly a true joy to make!! It turned out so beautiful!! The canvas is of the best quality.........the drills are of the best quality, and the glue is of the best quality. I see that on Richard Lorenz's website (Be The Bird) there are several variations of `Out of Control - the guy`, and I hope they will also be released here on DAC!

I have the real-life equivalent of this crazy bird, so I had to get this one. The real-life version is a crazy Kakariki called Waldorf. He helped me do this one, stealing drills, landing on my hands, and trying to eat my pen. Even through all that, I had plenty of drills to spare. The canvas stayed sticky. It didn't crease. The cover stayed on even when I had to roll it in a hurry. And it turned out looking lovely. I love the artwork, and I really do love the quality of the kit.

I really like all of Richard Lorenz diamond paintings. I wish he would do a little more that have the round drills. I just started working on his paintings and they are so fun to work on. If you haven't worked on any of his paintings you should give it a try, I think you would like them.
