I have well over 150 Diamond Art Club kits, but it’s been a couple of years since I’ve bought a DAC kit. I love the new tool kit, and I especially love the peel-and-tear sheet; however, the poured glue adhesive leaves a lot to be desired now. I do love the Fairy Dust drills, and the square drills definitely fit the canvas better than before.
One thing I would love to see is that once items come back into stock that there is enough quantity to not sell out in a hour. If you know that there is a high-demand for the product due to the number of people who sign up for the email notification service, order enough to cover that demand. I’m also an online business owner, and it’s losing you a ton of business! One of the main reasons my followers and I stopped buying from DAC were 1) the new artists and designs were so unappealing and 2) because of the ongoing frustration of kits or supplies never being in stock. When you’ve lost multiple customers who spend thousands of dollars a year at your shop, that adds up quickly.
Otherwise, when I do find designs that I like that are in stock, DAC kits are the best, and I do continue to sing your praises.
