What can I say
We all know DAC’s quality to be superb I have no issue with that. I’m also thankful for the strides they’re making as a company to provide more representation and variety in their products. However, this painting should’ve never been rendered as diamond art. I was excited to purchase it but upon receipt the colors of the skin are a extremely poor quality choice (blacks, greens, yellows). The eye is a black blob and she looks punched in the eye. Her skin reminds me of someone suffering from a bad case of eczema. The facial outline doesn’t add up for POC features in my opinion. This was the artist choice and painted what her minds eye sees. This painting/rendition leaves me pained and I will not be proud to hang this on my walls. I wish more consideration was taken when looking at THIS artists body of work. Not all needs to be rendered.

How to use
This meditative craft involves placing hundreds of sparkling resin rhinestones, one-by-one, on an adhesive color-coded canvas to create a vivid, shimmering work of art.
Step 1
Dip the tip of the applicator tool into the strip of wax
Step 2
Pick up each diamond by pressing the applicator to the diamond’s rounded, faceted side
Step 3
Apply each diamond to the adhesive canvas template, placing it based on the color-coded chart
