A lot of black diamonds, but the finished piece is so pretty!
Every single drill has been a delight to put down. The rendering is amazing and the hues of the drills are spot on. The large amount of fairy dust drills look amazing.
Had to get this as it has sentimental reasoning behind it.
I really enjoyed working on this kit. The drills were excellent and I love love love the new fairy dust drills.
I do not like the color choices for this one. I feel like the background was charted in more brown tones where I feel the original art is more black/grey tones. And I feel like her skin was rendered a little too pink making her look sunburnt.
I got this for my friend because she is pagan and worships the moon and loves luna moths. I don't like how the eyes ended up looking when the drills were placed, it was a bit confusing and hard to read up close. They're easier to see from a distance. Good mix of color blocking and confetti. Took me about a month to complete. This piece is not typically the style of diamond art I choose for myself; however, I know my friend will absolutely love it!
As always, the DAC kits are just phenomenally good quality. I don't want to shop anywhere else!
The greens and blues in this kit were so much fun, even the way the black and browns blended together was enjoyable. My daughter claimed this one for her room, she calls it a witch mermaid 😄
I live her so much! I love the minty greens and the surprising amount of taupe-y brown. She's beautiful! She's a bit more brown when compared to the picture but I prefer her that way.
