Anne-Julie Aubry

Anne-Julie was born in 1980 in a small town in eastern France, and is now living in the south near the sea. While still very young, she developed a passion for art and crafts. After studying and graduating from Beaux-Arts, she became a freelance illustrator. She worked for various publishers all over the world. Her work appeared in books and magazines, and she took part in numerous Art shows in the USA. She developed a world that has both a dark side, inspired by the adult she became, and a bright and colorful side, which is a kind of reminiscence of her childhood. Her inspiration comes from fairytales, inner feelings, nature, music & movies. She is now a full time digital artist, and sells her art online.

What a dreamy painting

The colors & flowery field with butterflies & dragonflies makes me so happy. I did have some issues with the drills popping in the hair. I think the 310s were a little bit big. Overall a fun painting.
