
I purchased this painting as a gift for my best friend who absolutely loves elephants. The painting is absolutely gorgeous!
However, I had unboxed the painting and was unrolling it on my desk getting ready to kit up the drills I noticed the cover sheet with the pink perforation lines was put on the canvas upside down & the pink dye from the cover sheet had bled into the canvas.
Immediately upon noticing this my mom &I took pictures as well as a video of the canvas, I messaged customer service on Facebook Messenger letting them know what happened to the canvas & I received a response back fairly quickly! The customer service team asked to see pictures so I immediately sent them pictures. The customer Service Team immediately apologized. I was told that I could keep the canvas & they would credit my account with points or I could return the canvas to them. (package the canvas in the dust bag & original box with the tool kit, sticker sheet & treasure quest card). Once they receive your package they will look over the painting and refund you the cost of your kit as well as your shipping costs.
I chose to return my canvas to them, according to my tracking number they received the canvas earlier this week so I hope to be receiving my refund soon. I also have signed up for notifications so that way I will be notified when this painting comes back in stock so I can re-order it!!
