After a fire burned down her first gallery in Fortuna, CA and Covid closed the second in nearby Ferndale, Ms. Daetwiler packed up her family and moved to Maine. There, with her nine chickens and a dog, she paints things the way she sees them, creating windows into other worlds through imaginative storytelling. She is a self taught artist whos work often contains hidden elements and a twist or two if you look closely.

I am in absolute love with this painting! I wish I could afford the original but......Canvas, drills, glue, were all perfect. I did add some enhancements for some extra fun. This is my absolute favorite. I almost want to buy and do this one again!

As an avid Bigfoot lover, I couldn’t pass this one up. It’s so beautiful with many little details, and very colorful too. It has a lot of line blocking and confetti, but it’s worth it!
