Kim was raised in Minneapolis, MN, and spent his childhood summers up at the lake with his grandparents in rural Minnesota. After graduating from Minneapolis Community College and spending eight years as a commercial artist for Honeywell, Kim realized it was time to go freelance with his own unique style. This is the largest canvas to date that I will have done. I am currently working on it as it will be a Christmas gift for my mother. I cannot begin to tell you just how beautiful this image is! The trees are turning out magnificent and colorful and life like. The church is so sparkly and has quite a few AB drills in it. This canvas also has the prettiest shades of purple in it. I was originally concerned that it would have a lot of darker colors in it but honestly the dark just makes the colorful parts really pop. This one of the prettiest canvases I have ever completed!

Love it!
I saw this kit and loved it, but decided not to buy it because it is so large. However, when I showed it to my best friend she promptly said she loved it and wanted me to do it for her for her birthday. Of course, I just couldn’t say No!
So I am now working on this beautiful kit. It has 76 colors. I would caution others that the canvas uses 2 hourglass symbols, one horizontal and one vertical so be careful! I am working on the canvas sideways so it fits on my easel and put the wrong drills on the horizontal symbol. Had to remove all and contacted DAC who are sending me replacement drills. Not a fun experience.
However, I’m excited to do this beautiful diamond painting! DAC is the absolute BEST company for design, quality, and customer service I’ve found. I don’t buy anywhere else.
