Likes: Colors are saturated and very pretty. I like the change that the plastic cover can be removed in small squares.
Dislikes; The quality of the diamonds has changed as they are not consistent sizes. This makes it extremely difficult to get the diamonds in straight lines.
I did need additional diamonds and I had a BIG PROBLEM with customer service and the shipping, I could see with the tracking number that the package was never given to the Post Office. Even after several pleading emails to customer service (with proof that the package wasn’t given to the Post Office) they made me wait two weeks before they would send a replacement package. Frustratingly, once the two weeks was up, they would not honor my request to send these via expedited shipping. I asked for this request to be escalated and the agent refused.
Honestly, with the diamond quality and the terrible customer service, I will not be purchasing from them again. They have been the gold standard for years but now I will buy from a different company.
