Rates for shipping overseas do vary. Simply enter the necessary information and the shipping cost is automatically calculated during checkout.
Some factors that can impact the cost of shipping is the location of delivery, weight of your package, and delivery time.
Unfortunately, that is not something we can assist with. If a package has been marked as delivered by the postal carrier, we are not able to issue a replacement unless the shipment is being returned to us. We suggest getting in touch with the postal service directly.

Yes, our diamond bags are weighed to ensure enough diamonds are included in each kit. If you run out of a color, please contact our Customer Support team for further assistance.
What makes our company different is that we have graphic designers who spend 8 to 14 hours translating each image into Diamond Art. Other companies use automated computer software, and each image takes less than 60 seconds to chart, and the results for those types of paintings do not look good.
Our Custom Diamond Art kit, which allowed you to upload your own photo and turn it into a diamond painting, has been discontinued since 2019. We no longer offer this option because the results were inconsistent. We cannot manually render each image, as that process takes 8 to 14 hours per image.
Prices are higher for customers outside the US due to additional markups per country. These markups include taxes, fees, and a weighted shipping average applied to the price of each product, along with the exchange rate conversion. We have specific pricing for each individual country we ship to.
