How does free shipping work?

We offer free worldwide shipping over $75.00 USD. 

As we ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx & DHL eCommerce, the choice of carrier is based upon your delivery zip code and the contents of your order. 

Where is my order coming from?

All orders ship from New Jersey, United States. 

When will you ship my order?

We do our best to ship all in-stock orders within 24 business hours unless we are experiencing a high volume of orders which can happen from time to time.

Typically, in-stock orders placed before 11:00 AM PT / 2:00 PM ET from Monday to Friday ship the same day. Orders placed after 11:00AM PT / 2:00PM ET from Monday to Friday ship the following business day.

How long does it take to receive my order?

All U.S. orders are delivered within 3 to 6 business days (including Hawaii & Alaska). For an additional fee, expedited shipping with UPS and DHL is available. 

For international orders shipped using Passport Shipping, delivery times are 7 to 14 business days on average. For international orders shipped with UPS Worldwide Expedited or DHL Worldwide Expedited, delivery times are 3 to 5 business days. 

Are there duty & custom fees associated when ordering from outside the United States?

Pricing for most countries already includes all duties, taxes, and fees. However, for some developing countries, additional fees might apply once your parcel arrives at your destination.

Failure to pay the required fees to release your parcel will likely result in its forfeiture, and we will not be able to issue a refund. By purchasing from us, you agree to pay any required additional duty/taxes/fees you will get charged in your country. 

Where can I track my order?

You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order is shipped. Click on "View my Order" to view your tracking number.

What happens if my package gets stuck in transit?

We will offer you a replacement or a refund if there is no movement after 14 business days. 

My package was marked as delivered, but I haven't received it. Can you please reship?

If a package is marked as delivered by the postal carrier, we cannot issue a replacement or a refund as we are not responsible for theft at your residence. However, we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. 

Do you ship to all countries? 

Almost. If we ship to your country, it will be available for you to select when entering your shipping address during checkout.
