To be clear my review is not in relation to the quality of the art, artist or drills. The artwork is fantastic and looking forward to working this one eventually.
I think it is a good kit, it would be great if DAC's manufacturing facility had put all of the items in the kit. Mine was missing the entire first page of stickers needed to kit up the piece, which is the most important one to make sure is included as this kit has 73 colors. I now only have stickers for the last six colors. This hinders my ability to start working the piece.
DAC after being in this industry for over five years still does not have the ability to address customer service issues like this one. They could simply provide a mailed copy of the needed sticker page instead they give a meager 200 points, a copy of what they should have included and say good luck to you. It truly takes away from the joy of ordering from them when they make you feel like they don't care about resolving the issue and leave you to have to find and pay for the ability to have what should have been included in the kit in the first place. Truly disappointing, especially as a customer that has been with them since the beginning.

Le nouveau papier transparent épais et perforé change la donne! Belle qualité de toile, les symboles sont visibles. J'ai très hâte de la commencer. J'aimerais bien un crayon pour faire un duo crayon et toile hihi! Les couleurs sont chaudes et superbes.

I love the detail in it. As always the quality is topnotch. I can always tell on other diamond paintings I've seen done by others, whether it comes from DAC. I always recommend DAC to others.
