Anne-Julie was born in 1980 in a small town in eastern France, and is now living in the south near the sea. While still very young, she developed a passion for art and crafts. After studying and graduating from Beaux-Arts, she became a freelance illustrator. She worked for various publishers all over the world. Her work appeared in books and magazines, and she took part in numerous Art shows in the USA. She developed a world that has both a dark side, inspired by the adult she became, and a bright and colorful side, which is a kind of reminiscence of her childhood. Her inspiration comes from fairytales, inner feelings, nature, music & movies. She is now a full time digital artist, and sells her art online.

I'm enjoying this piece a lot! The peaceful, pretty girl, calming colors, beautiful sparkly canvas with poured glue and excellent drills!! So far I had only one or two popped drills. The difference in quality is outstanding. I've done several challenging canvases so this much simpler arrangement has been refreshing for a breather. I did her hair with a couple extra black drills which was my preference ( incase you'd even notice 😄 )

This meditative craft involves placing hundreds of sparkling resin rhinestones, one-by-one, on an adhesive color-coded canvas to create a vivid, shimmering work of art.
Step 1
Dip the tip of the applicator tool into the strip of wax
Step 2
Pick up each diamond by pressing the applicator to the diamond’s rounded, faceted side
Step 3
