Anne-Julie Aubry

Anne-Julie was born in 1980 in a small town in eastern France, and is now living in the south near the sea. While still very young, she developed a passion for art and crafts. After studying and graduating from Beaux-Arts, she became a freelance illustrator. She worked for various publishers all over the world. Her work appeared in books and magazines, and she took part in numerous Art shows in the USA. She developed a world that has both a dark side, inspired by the adult she became, and a bright and colorful side, which is a kind of reminiscence of her childhood. Her inspiration comes from fairytales, inner feelings, nature, music & movies. She is now a full time digital artist, and sells her art online.

Whimsical

I looked at this for a while I tend to work with vibrant colors. Yet I kept coming back to her. Can’t wait to start something very soothing and whimsical about her. Would also look great in a teens room as well I think.

Much more beautiful in real life!

She is absolutely dreamy! This is my second kit and first square and I loved every minute of it. I feel like this artist is overlooked by the community. The soft pastels and sparkly ABs were a joy to work with.
