About the artist

Christopher Lovell

Christopher Lovell is a self-taught, Welsh artist - based in the UK - who grew up on sci-fi, cartoons, fantasy books and toys. The nostalgia of these still triggers his imagination and pours into his art. As a traditional, fantasy artist, Christopher built his career designing illustrations for bands and T-shirt companies, and is now focusing on his own personal work, creating art without limitations. His hope is to build an educational platform that will inspire like-minded artists to develop their skills and pursue their own careers in art.

Enhancing with Sparklers!

Week 2 Progress! Adding enhancements - tried out a little blue jelly squares in her necklace and the halo is a mix of "rounds for squares" in Topaz(s), snakes are a mix of AB's and regular squares to try and give the snake skin look..... All that and the confetti is making it a slow go! This is a winner even in the limited colorway!

Diese Details 🤩

Das Rendering der Bildvorlage als Diamond Painting ist DAC extrem gut gelungen. Es wird weder im Vordergrund noch im Bildhintergrund langweilig.

Besonders freue ich mich auch schon auf die Goldsteinchen, die als Sondersteine eingearbeitet werden.

How to use

This meditative craft involves placing hundreds of sparkling resin rhinestones, one-by-one, on an adhesive color-coded canvas to create a vivid, shimmering work of art.

Step 1

Dip the tip of the applicator tool into the strip of wax

Step 2

Pick up each diamond by pressing the applicator to the diamond’s rounded, faceted side

Step 3

Apply each diamond to the adhesive canvas template, placing it based on the color-coded chart
