Diamond Art Club designs and assembles diamond painting kits with the highest quality canvases, brightest diamonds, and strongest adhesive to give you the best diamond painting experience. We guarantee our products against defects in materials or workmanship for the lifetime of the product.

At Diamond Art Club, our number one focus is providing our crafters with the best diamond painting kits on the market. We build our reputation on quality products and we stand behind it. 

We want you to be happy with your Diamond Art Club purchase. If your diamond painting kit fails to live up to your standards due to a material defect or workmanship, we want the chance to make it right. We’ll pay for return shipping and issue you a full refund or send you a new kit at no charge upon inspection*.  

We also offer a free Accidental Spill Insurance** that covers diamonds replacements, as well as a 30-day return period if you change your mind about your purchase. 

To start a warranty claim, please email support@diamondartclub.com with the following information:

• Full name and email
• Order number
• Description of your issue
• A photo of the defect

Once we receive your claim, we’ll work together to make sure you are entirely satisfied. We process claims within 12 business hours on Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm PST.

Our Lifetime Warranty applies to all Diamond Art Club kits and its contents including canvas, diamonds, and tools kit which are bought through our online store and authorized retailers ONLY. It covers all defects including missing or wrong diamonds, diamonds losing their shine, diamonds falling off after completion, missing or damaged tool kit accessories, adhesive issues, and canvas rips, wrinkles, creases, and scratches.

The warranty does NOT apply to add-on items including, but not limited to, diamond organizers and light pads. The warranty is also VOID for any items bought through a third-party or non-authorized retailer and/or if you seal your diamond art painting kit.

* Physical inspection is usually waived for existing customers in good standing and a well established order history.

** Disclaimer: Unusual, repetitive or suspicious replacement diamonds requests can be denied or billed at $0.75 per pack. Diamond Art Club has sole discretion to determine the applicability of the Lifetime Warranty on its products.
