Certains de nos artistes utilisent l’intelligence artificielle dans leur processus créatif. Nous leur demandons de retravailler manuellement leurs œuvres pour respecter nos critères de qualité et de nous déclarer l’utilisation de l’IA. Nous indiquons cette information sur la fiche du kit et dans la biographie de l’artiste. Nous n’acceptons pas les œuvres créées uniquement par IA.

Adapté à la main, diamant par diamant.

Notre équipe consacre 8 à 12 heures à adapter manuellement chaque modèle de toile standard, en affinant les couleurs et le placement des diamants. Aucune IA n’est utilisée à cette étape.

Pourquoi l’utilisation de l’IA ne change pas nos prix.

Nous versons des droits d’auteur à nos artistes, y compris à ceux qui utilisent l’IA. Le prix d’un kit couvre aussi l’adaptation manuelle, les matériaux haut de gamme, la production, notre équipe, la logistique et les droits de douane. Ces coûts restent à couvrir, que l’artiste ait utilisé l’IA ou non.

Nous ne collaborons pas avec des artistes dont le travail repose uniquement sur l’IA. Nous examinons leur parcours et leurs portfolios d’œuvres antérieures réalisées sans IA pour évaluer leur savoir-faire et leur expérience.

La créativité réunit technique, imagination, discernement et idées nouvelles. Nous sommes ouverts à l’utilisation responsable de l’IA par des artistes reconnus comme un élément de leur démarche, dans le respect de ces exigences. Une information claire vous permet de choisir les œuvres que vous souhaitez soutenir.

Les artistes sont au cœur de Diamond Art Club. Nous valorisons leur créativité et cherchons à leur verser les droits d’auteur les plus généreux que nous pouvons proposer durablement.

Les artistes dont nous découvrons qu’ils ont utilisé l’IA sans nous le déclarer s’exposent à des sanctions. Dans les cas graves, nous pouvons mettre fin à notre collaboration. Cette transparence compte pour nous et vous permet de faire un choix éclairé.

  1. Œuvres et licencesNous sélectionnons les œuvres, obtenons leurs licences et versons des droits d’auteur aux artistes.
  2. Adaptation manuelleNotre équipe adapte à la main chaque modèle de toile standard en grille de broderie diamant, en affinant les couleurs, les ombres et les détails, diamant par diamant. Aucune IA n’est utilisée dans cette étape, que l’artiste en ait utilisé pour l’œuvre d’origine ou non.
  3. Matériaux haut de gamme et fabricationNotre toile douce, l’adhésif appliqué avec soin et nos diamants en résine sont fabriqués et contrôlés pour vous offrir la qualité Diamond Art Club que vous attendez.
  4. Préparation et livraisonLes diamants sont dosés et mis en sachets, puis réunis avec la toile et les outils. Le kit est ensuite emballé et expédié. Notre service client reste à votre disposition après sa réception.
