Arrived well packed and very well made. Easy to load the putty and the tip is more narrow than the generic pink plastic multi- placer tips so it is much easier to see the symbols on the canvas. This helps line up the drills better and faster. This tip does unscrew slightly as you work and needs a gentle twist to secure. That is the only reason for a 4 star review. I do find this tool is a big improvement over the plastic drill pens from other kits. Glad I purchased this one!
