I really enjoyed working on Cat and Magnolia. I would do the outlining and background first and then fill in the lines. I brought this piece because it reminded me of my cat, Peanut, and how he would like to sunbathe.

This design caught my eye with the tapestry look and because it reminded me of one of our kitties. It's been such a pleasure to work on. Sadly, we had to say goodbye to our boy earlier this year, so to memorialize him, I added his name and dates to the kitty. He was such a good boy. He was visiting me while I was working on it last fall.

Absolute loving this piece so far! Perforations make each section easy to go at your own pace. The colors are beautiful and the placement is easy. It is time consuming.

Having lots of fun doing this one - the drills are super sparkly and beautiful. This is my first kit from DAC and I'm really enjoying it! I divide my pieces up into manageable sections. If that's how you work, this piece works great for it - the colored sections are big enough that it's not like confetti, but small enough that you're not monotonously doing the same color over and over in big areas. I bought this one to see what the difference is between the cheap kits from amazon, and the more expensive kits on here - is it worth it??? Yes! The quality of the materials is much nicer (nicer canvas, more vibrant and shiny drills) and you get so much - a nice tray with a lid, a nice placer with extra tips, wax and putty, info stickers for labeling your colors and your project notebook, if you do that sort of thing, a TRADING CARD??? So cute. It's still in progress but I know I will love the finished product.
