My adult son requested this one for me to do for him. I wasn't overly excited about it but I enjoyed it more than I thought I would. It turned out very pretty!

This is my first square drill painting, and it was a lot of fun! There is a lot more detail in the background than really shows up in the picture, and it really enhanced the painting.

Wow, my first squared DAC piece and it was wonderful. I can see what people mean that some of the squares had spaces in between but as a newbie it wasn’t a huge issue to me. I really enjoyed this piece and it is so drop dead gorgeous. I love the flowers and the cat. The subtle plant background was a fun touch too.
Gorgeous, gorgeous, GORGEOUS final product. Bought it for a friend but ended up keeping it for myself. So vibrant and colorful. The AB’s are perfectly placed. Too bad it’s out of stock or else I would buy it again. Plenty of drills but I was a bit frustrated with the combo of old and new drills. The old drill are smaller and left a bit of space around them. There was a section where I had a hard time with the symbols but powered through. An above average amount of trash but Not a deal breaker but I know DAC can do better.

The colors on this canvas are gorgeous and rendering of the flowers is perfect

This was my fifth finish overall, the first with squares, first using Elizabeth Ward containers, and the first with a DAC kit. This was also my largest finish to date. Up till now, I'd only done rounds, mostly landscapes, from DD out of baggies. Ah!
Overall, this was a great experience and it has me super hyped to work on another canvas. The quality of the DAC canvas was noticeably good and there were very few trash drills. I have tons of drills left over too. I was really drawn to the tapestry look of this image. I didn't even notice the cat at first, and in fact it's kind of cool how he just emerges in a way. :)
This image was a lot of fun to do since you could outline and fill in as you pleased. Similarly, the background motif was very satisfying. It just was very encouraging to work up the canvas! And when I didn't have much time, it was nice and easy to just work on a leaf or something. So in spite of the size, this was one of my quicker finishes. I do prefer confetti over color-blocking, but I agree with others that the balance between the two was nice here. I think the rendering and the AB charting fit the image well.
Being new to squares, I was a little let down by the overall sparkle in the final result at first, but I found that in the right light, the drills glimmer a ton like rounds do. All in all, I might actually prefer squares now! I'll be quite pleased to have this one hanging up. I definitely recommend this kit!

So gorgeous! This one was so much fun to do, and just beautiful. Very fun to do the flowers and see a tiny completed object as I worked on the bigger piece.

I’m only a little way in but I’m having so much fun with this one! Even though it’s kind of a repetitive design it never feels boring. There’s something so satisfying about all the lines and details to fill in. Love it! The drills are very nice quality too as is everything else! (It’s a little creased just from draping it over my easel, it didn’t come to me that way).
