My first large DAC finish and it came out beautiful. A little overwhelming at first with all the 90+ colors but quickly figured out a system. It took about 5mo but I don’t work on them regularly.

This is so adorable, but a challenging kit to do.
The drills were fantastic and the image came out great. I added some specialty drills to enhance it and made changes in drill color in the writing above the eggs sign. The rendering was somewhat different in a few places from the artists original piece. The area above the eggs sign read “Farm Fresh”, but the wording blends in with the background color. I put P4s drills in black so the words could be read.
The challenging aspect was the glue. UGH!! So many areas were not very sticky and had a difficult time placing the drills so they’d stick. I keep my canvas covered with the plastic until I’ve completed the section so that’s not the issue. I had to take a break from this kit because of that glue issue.

I had been waiting for MONTHS for this to come back in stock and I promised myself I would buy it no matter what! The colors are gorgeous and the details are so intricate. The chickens are bigger than expected which is super fun!

A beautiful large canvas that has provided hours of enjoyment already. The colors are vibrant (91 colors) and the fairy dust drills are to die for. I am truly enjoying this painting. I can't wait to see the finished paunting but don't want to see.it too soon because Im enjoying working on it so much.
