Golden Menorah

Purchased a $62 premium kit that arrived with manufacturing defects (pink lines transferred onto canvas). The company acknowledged that this was a known factory error affecting a significant number of kits, but did not disclose it at the time of purchase. Offered only $15 refund on a $62 kit and warned that reordering the same design would void any future warranty, despite admitting they can’t identify which kits are affected. This is very disappointing, given the poor quality control and customer service for a premium brand.

⭐⭐ (2 stars, not 1 star because they did offer something, but clearly inadequate)

but the pink line issue on the original stock is problematic for this canvas due to the amount of light colors. I opted to keep it as it's a beautiful piece and try to cover the pink lines, but it has been a tedious process to the point where I've decided to put it away after only 1/5th of the canvas completed. The lines are noticeable if not covered up because on my canvas a lot of the pink lines transferred not directly on top of where the drills will be placed (thus reducing visibility). Instead they were placed where if you have 4 drills down so they make a square, the middle of that square that is open is hot pink, thus requiring it to be covered with something. Even after covering the lines, you could still tell where they were from different angles and lighting. My husband who is not observant could see where the lines exist despite my best efforts to conceal.

I hope the original stock is replaced in the future (instead of discontinued) as I really want to do this piece without the frustration.
