Originally from Newington, CT, Paul has always had an inherent artist interest thus began painting at an early age. He is a third generation firefighter and is currently a Fire Captain with the City of New Britain Fire Department (NBFD). He resides in CT with his wife and 4 children.

I love this canvas. The symbols show well our fireman s bravery. I live in a small town and the fire department is all volunteers . I am doing this canvas for them. When completed I will give to the department in appreciation of all they do for our town.

How to use

This meditative craft involves placing hundreds of sparkling resin rhinestones, one-by-one, on an adhesive color-coded canvas to create a vivid, shimmering work of art.

Step 1

Dip the tip of the applicator tool into the strip of wax

Step 2

Pick up each diamond by pressing the applicator to the diamond’s rounded, faceted side

Step 3

Apply each diamond to the adhesive canvas template, placing it based on the color-coded chart
