After a fire burned down her first gallery in Fortuna, CA and Covid closed the second in nearby Ferndale, Ms. Daetwiler packed up her family and moved to Maine. There, with her nine chickens and a dog, she paints things the way she sees them, creating windows into other worlds through imaginative storytelling. She is a self taught artist whos work often contains hidden elements and a twist or two if you look closely.

This was a fun one to do and it looks so pretty when finished. It has special drills and gets you in the Christmas mood while completing it. The canvas is soft and well detailed. The drills are sparkly and the special ones are so gorgeous, makes this painting pop. DAC is a great diamond painting company and I'm never disappointed.

This one was so fun to do for the holidays. They way the blues and whites mix to make the polar bear so real, the iridescent diamond accents, I can’t say enough good things about this canvas.
