About the artist

Christopher Lovell

Christopher Lovell is a self-taught, Welsh artist - based in the UK - who grew up on sci-fi, cartoons, fantasy books and toys. The nostalgia of these still triggers his imagination and pours into his art. As a traditional, fantasy artist, Christopher built his career designing illustrations for bands and T-shirt companies, and is now focusing on his own personal work, creating art without limitations. His hope is to build an educational platform that will inspire like-minded artists to develop their skills and pursue their own careers in art.

Rich & Warm Colours

This is my first DAC kit as well as first square kit and I am LOVING it! The quality of this canvas and the drills are next level, and you can definitely see why these kits are priced at where they are. They are an investment, but with how stunning this kit looks only being one horizontal row in I am so excited to continue this beauty!

How to use

This meditative craft involves placing hundreds of sparkling resin rhinestones, one-by-one, on an adhesive color-coded canvas to create a vivid, shimmering work of art.

Step 1

Dip the tip of the applicator tool into the strip of wax

Step 2

Pick up each diamond by pressing the applicator to the diamond’s rounded, faceted side

Step 3

Apply each diamond to the adhesive canvas template, placing it based on the color-coded chart
