Slight mixed feelings
The good things first, the finished painting is so beautiful, minimal gaping, the symbols are very clear, the canvas is great and the glue sticky.
And now on to the things I didn't like.
There were quite a few trash drills in the darker colors (310 especially). The usual tabs and the concave or sometimes convex bottom, as well as drills in rhomboid shape. I am quite picky about my drills and will discard them, but the good thing was that even with my pickiness there were enough drills, that there were still left overs in all colors.
I did not like the rendering in the arches, I like symmetry, so I changed the layout to make them all the same. And I made the columns the same width.
There are some colors that seem the same on canvas (827 = 800, 747 =3811, 3685 = 915) and because of that the big flowers on the bottom of the painting and the sky loose some definition.
But all in all the painting process was enjoyable and the outcome is gorgeous.
