As a member, you’ll receive points for every purchase and for engaging with our brand through social media. Do points expire?
Yes, points expire after 365 days if they are not used.
How do I earn points?
You can earn points in so many different ways! For instance, you'll enjoy the first 500 points on us just for creating an account! After that, points can be earned with each purchase, by sharing and following us on social media and more! See our full list of ways to earn points by scrolling above.
How do I earn more points with tiers?
Points are automatically multiplied by tier. Emerald and Sapphire tiers earn 1x points per every dollar spent. And Diamond tier Insiders earn 1.5x points per every dollar spent. That's 15% cash back on every purchase!
How do I check my points balance?
Click here or make sure to login and click on the star in the bottom left corner of the screen for an overview of your points.
What happens to my points when I return items?
When items are refunded, the points you earned from that purchase will be deducted from your point balance.
How do I spend my points?
Once you’re ready to check out, open your cart by clicking on the shopping bag in the top right corner of our site to view your point balance and the redemption options. Select the points that you’d like to apply to your order and continue to checkout! You can add as many rewards as your balance permits.
Are there limitations on earning points?
No. You can earn as many reward points as you'd like within a calendar year. All purchases for merchandise are eligible for points. Any amount spent on taxes and shipping, however, are not eligible.
I performed an action to earn points, but my points aren't showing up?
You must perform the action via the modal on the DAC Insider page. Please note that it could take up to 24 hours for your points balance to adjust. If your balance still doesn’t look right after this time, please contact our Customer Service team at support@diamondartclub.com and they can assist you!
